I’d like this to be a page where I can catalogue some of my projects. Since I’m a bit behind, it wont start out very detail-heavy with the trials and tribulations of learning a new thing. I’ll just post a few pictures and some explanation to get rolling. So without any further ado, and with all respect to the greatest holiday:
THE BIG SPODE

Also ft. Coffee Quest, the shop I owned & operated for six years, but that’s a story for another time.
This guy took me a few weeks to put together, and was made with the following:
- PVC
- Chicken wire
- Pegboard
- Burlap
- Fence wire
- Barrel Straps
- Hair curlers
- Electrical tape
- Pantyhose
- Circles cut from plastic clamshell packaging
- Faux fur rugs
- Spray paint
- E6000 glue
- Various hardware. Nuts-n-bolts
- Good ol’ Duct Tape
I’d love to get into making more large-scale creations, especially now that I may be able to work-in some electronic/interactive aspects.
Overall this project was a blast, and pretty inexpensive. (I think the faux fur rugs from Ross were the most expensive part). The Troutdale winds tore her down on Halloween day of 2021, but we got a full October of spooking for the coffee shop.
